With over 7 years as a Swim Instructor, Lifesaving Instructor, and Lifeguard, I’ve worked with swimmers of all ages and abilities, from beginners learning the basics to advanced students refining technique. I also have 4 years of experience as an Aquatic Supervisor, where I supported and mentored other instructors and lifeguards, which enhanced my own teaching abilities. I tailor each lesson to what the students want, and what is best for them; whether that’s improving technique, endurance, or building confidence. While I focus strongly on technique as the foundation, I adapt my approach so swimmers get the balance of skills, fitness, and fun that best supports their goals. I combine years of professional aquatic experience with a passion for fitness. I recently completed a triathlon, which gives me a unique perspective on training and motivation. I understand both the discipline needed to master swimming technique and the fun of using swimming as a tool for fitness, sport, and personal achievement.
