❌NEWS ❌ I’M BACK!🥰 So happy to be able to offer a wide range of lesson times again with Propel! Thank you for your patience during this recent transition in my life—I am looking forward to offering you lessons once again🌟 ‼️A Few Notes‼️ ♥️I teach Children + Teens ONLY, NO adults♥️ (This is to ensure mine and your safety) Hi, my name is Sarah and I'd love to teach you how to swim! I have been a swimmer for the last 20 years and have been instructing swimming lessons since 2016. I have a mix of experience of private swim school theory as well as Red Cross Swim Kids theory, when put together, my students leave each lesson with stronger results than the last! I am most comfortable teaching Pre-School aged, Children, and Teens based off of the Red Cross Swim Kids Program. I also have experience teaching students with learning and physical disabilities, specifically MD, Down Syndrome, and ASD. My love of swimming inspires my teaching to provide lessons with passion through adaptability and discovery methods with my students with a prioritization for confidence in my lessons; as I believe it is crucial to build connections first before introducing a new skill (which can be quite daunting for some students!). If you are looking to see strong results in advancing your swimming skills these are the lessons for you! Thank you for booking with me! :)

Excited to swim with Sarah!
My daughter has autism and focusing/following instructions are a struggle. Up until we met Sarah even the mention that we were doing swimming lessons was met with a great deal of resistance. She’s now had 4 lessons with Sarah and is excited when I mention going. Sarah is incredibly patient and knows how to keep my daughter interested in learning 😍

Special gift
I was looking for a while for someone to teach my son to swim who will be a great fit. Then I just have to look for other location and found Sarah . She is one special person. She is highly skilled especially in teaching individuals with diverse abilities. She's very patient and knows how to work on my son's strength and abilities. She takes time to really talk to my son and connect with him. She made the lesson fun and engaging. Very professional too. My son and I are looking forward for the next lessons with her.

Fun and engaging whilst finding strengths
Sarah was wonderful with our two very energetic and silly boys. She was able to find what motivates each of them. Sarah is friendly and patient and was able to calm their energy and help them focus. She understood their fears and helped them work through challenges with encouragement. One of our boys has Down syndrome and Sarah was great at adapting the lessons to his strengths and recognizing what worked for him. We love Sarah and would love to keep swimming with her.
