Learn swimming in : English, Punjabi, or Hindi! A little bit about who I am: I am a university student who has a passion to leave a positive impact on everyone. I am a scuba diver (because I just can't stay out of the water), and in the summers I volunteer to do some lake cleanups around the city. Growing up I did dance for 14 years. As a person overall, I like to commit and stay consistent with something once I've started it, I am organized and efficient so that everything can run smoothly. Every time you see me, you will see a smile on my face and the energy that shows I want to be there teaching you how to swim. I provide report cards for both YMCA and lifesaving swim lessons if you are looking to register into a regular lesson set after! I have been teaching for 4 years now, and the enthusiasm to teach has not faded away. I have taught Red Cross, YMCA Learn to Swim Program, and Lifesaving Society programs, and last summer my experience and knowledge was recognized and got offered a summer aquatic coordinator role which I happily took on. I am also a certified: Lifesaving Swim Instructor/Examiner, National Lifeguard, YMCA Swim Instructor trainer, YMCA swim instructor, and lifesaving swim instructor. I have my swim abilities as well which allows me to work with differently abled individuals so that everyone gets a chance to learn swimming. I work with all ages as I adapt to what learning style you are and how you learn best. Overtime, I have built great patience so if you are someone who struggles getting a grasp on things, I will explain it to you in many different ways until you get it! If you are looking to get your bronze medallion, bronze cross, national lifeguard , or swim instructor certification and need help getting prepared, it is provided. Every time we will get together, I will provide the best experience I can as I try to use equipment that you would have access to in a normal pool to practice on your own time. I also guarantee that you will see and feel a difference on the first day.
