I had an amazing first swimming lesson with Zein. Before the class, I was nervous because I had never been that deep in the water, but Zein’s calm and encouraging approach made me feel confident almost immediately. I’m truly grateful for how patient, supportive, and kind he was throughout the lesson. In just my first class, I was able to do front glides, back glides, and even go underwater both with and without assistance — something I never thought I’d be comfortable doing so quickly. If you’re looking for swimming lessons in Mississauga, I highly recommend Zein. You’ll be in great hands.

About Zein M.

Hi, my name is Zein. I’ve been swimming competitively for over 10 years and have been teaching and lifeguarding for more than 7 years. Over that time, I’ve taught 500+ swimmers of all ages, from young beginners who are nervous around the water to stronger swimmers looking to improve their technique, endurance, fitness, or lifeguarding skills across the GTA. ❗❗❗To celebrate the beginning of summer 2026, I’m offering $25 off all first lessons. I also offer a satisfaction-guaranteed model, so if the lesson does not meet your expectations, I will make it right, including a full reimbursement if needed. ❗❗❗ My goal is to make swimming feel less intimidating and more enjoyable. I know that every swimmer learns differently, so I always adjust my teaching style based on the swimmer’s comfort level, confidence, and goals. Whether your child is just learning how to put their face in the water, working on strokes, or preparing for lifesaving courses, I focus on building confidence first, then technique, then progress. Lessons usually start with a quick check-in so I can understand the swimmer’s current level, comfort in the water, and what you are hoping to work toward. From there, I build a simple plan for the lesson. We usually begin with warm-up skills, then move into focused drills, stroke work, water safety, endurance, or specific goals depending on the swimmer. I like to keep lessons structured, but also relaxed and encouraging, especially for younger swimmers. I am also fluent in Arabic and can accommodate swimmers or families who feel more comfortable communicating or learning in Arabic. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: help swimmers become safer, stronger, and more confident in the water while actually enjoying the process.
