Competitive swimming background, 2 years teaching all ages including children with disabilities and autism, focused on real water
I grew up swimming competitively for most of my life before moving into teaching about two years ago. Since then I've taught students of all ages: toddlers taking their first dip, kids building strokes, teens working toward independence, and adults learning to swim for the first time.
I believe every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching to fit them. I break skills into small steps, stay patient, and celebrate progress along the way. My competitive background helps when students are ready to refine their technique beyond the basics. I take safety seriously, but I keep lessons fun too.
We'll kick things off on deck with a quick chat, your comfort level, experience, goals, so I know exactly where you're at. Then we hit the water and I get a feel for your skills while building a plan around you. By the end, you'll be excited for what's next!
A hidden neighborhood retreat, this bright indoor pool feels like a mini getaway. Sunlight pours through the large panel doors along one end, lighting up the sparkling blue water while giving swimmers a fun peek at the outdoors. The pool's gentle stair entry is perfect for toddlers easing into the water, and the gradual depth and long length allow everyone from beginners to confident swimmers to practice at their own pace. Just steps away, a newly renovated restroom, shower, and changing room make getting ready easy for parents juggling towels and goggles. Warm lighting, fresh facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere come together to create a safe, cheerful space where families and individuals can build skills, confidence, and happy memories in the water.
Pool access details are provided after you book.
