Hi, my name is Gabriel and I have a passion for water, swimming and teaching. I’ve taught more than a thousand swimmers aged a few months to 60+ years old and during each lesson I do not only explain and demonstrate, I also strive to inspire others. But if there is something special about my teaching, it’s my will and power to understand what’s unique about each swimmer and what is unique about... today's swim! Understanding your experience, needs and goals brings about faster progress and more enjoyment. This guides me equally when teaching children or adults ...those who feel water is their element or are water shy ...swimmers who train for a specific goal or just want to improve their strokes ...or someone who would be interested in swimming as a moving meditation Let’s get in touch! Let me understand where you are at - or your child. Let’s set the goals. Together we’ll figure out the steps to take to reach them. And along the way, I’ll break down each step and each stroke into easily understandable and doable elements. …like they say, one stroke at a time! :) P.S. if you’ve read this far, here are few fun (or more serious) facts about me: -aquatic workplaces: TDSB & City of Toronto -what other things I’ve been doing: filmmaking & computer programming -languages spoken: 5 -favorite swim method: Total Immersion (Terry Laughlin) -favorite swim saying: be the fish! -last time when I swam: today :)
