Pool use that goes unnoticed
One instructor, one client, in whatever corner of the pool is free. No whistles, no groups, no gear on the deck. It's indistinguishable from ordinary guest use, yet generating thousands each month.

Improve guest satisfaction
Private lessons run in the pool you already have, bookable on the Propel website with no app to install. Your guests book at-cost, as do your staff and their families. And because you earn on every lesson, comping one to make a stay right costs you a fraction of what the pool earned.

No work, all profit
Set the amount you earn per lesson. Propel handles the rest, including customer service enquiries. Once a month you receive one payment covering every lesson taught, and it goes straight to the bottom line.

Stay covered
Typical swim schools carry $1M to $2M. Propel carries five times that, reaching the hotel and its owners and staff for their vicarious liability arising out of the lesson, as well as the instructor and Propel itself. A certificate is available for your risk team or broker to review.

Set your price and hours, and tell our team your revenue goals.

Instructors set availability at your pool and clients book lessons only when space is available.

Instructors arrive, check in, and meet their clients at a designated waiting spot, then chaperone them safely through their entire lesson.

Common questions
Lessons run inside the pool you already operate, during hours you choose, by appointment only. Nothing about the space, signage, or guest-facing experience changes.
A day pass sells access. Propel books a service, delivered by a certified professional at a scheduled time. A pass also grants extended use, so one buyer occupies your pool and deck for the day. A lesson earns you the same amount in an hour, then hands the space back.
The same way any contractor does. Instructors sign in at your desk under whatever process you already run for vendors, so there’s nothing new to set up. On liability, Propel carries a $10M policy naming the hotel and its owners and staff as additional insureds for their vicarious liability arising out of the lesson, alongside the instructor.
Every instructor provides proof of certification and passes a criminal background check before they teach anywhere on the platform. They are also experienced rather than newly trained, averaging more than eight years of teaching, because senior instructors come to Propel to earn more and manage their own schedules.
Lessons are private, booked into hours you open, and only go ahead when there is space. You control which hours are available and can change them at any time.
No. Guests book and pay through Propel, and Propel handles customer service enquiries. Your front desk provides access to instructors and nothing else.
As one payment each month covering every lesson taught at your property. You set the amount you earn per lesson, and there are no costs or fees deducted from it.
Yes. Hotel guests receive at-cost pricing on lessons, and so do your staff, their families, and their friends. A swim school renting your pool offers nothing to the people in your building.
Nothing. There is no setup cost, no subscription, and no revenue share taken off the amount you set. Every dollar you earn goes straight to your bottom line.
