Swim lessons with Klarissa T.

Hi, my name is Klarissa.🤗 I'm a certified swimming instructor and lifeguard with Lifesaving ®️. I have 12+ years of experience in teaching and in aquatics. My experience has mostly been in public settings; with 6-10 kids in each class. I've worked in both the private sectors and public sectors. I love to see the growth and strength of my students. I'm constantly reassuring them and pushing them to improve through motivation. I enjoy making my lessons more engaging for the student(s) by playing games or by comprehending their most effective learning style. Teaching gives me meaning and I value the connections I have with my students. Some of my favourite memories include: Teaching adults how to float and and getting the youngsters into the water even though they are unsure or scared.
