Hi, I'm Logan, a swim instructor with 4 years teaching experience, 3 years lifeguarding, and for the past year I have been exclusively teaching private, 1-on-1 lessons to toddlers and children in several pools in and around Calgary. I also have experience teaching adults, as well as kids with special needs, and I enjoy the challenge of specially tailoring my instruction to each individual student. I like to focus on basic water skills (falling/jumping in deepwater, treading water, and independent swimming) I also like to focus on in-water mobility and comfortability, which is especially useful for people with very little water experience I believe that swimming is an important life skill, and I am enthusiastic about teaching anyone, of any age, to swim and be safe in and around the water, however intimidated they may be to learn.

Excellent swimming lessons
Logan is a wonderful swimming instructor. The swimming lessons were well-developed. Logan was able to meet my son at his current swimming level and was able to help him quickly progress to the next level. My son made amazing progress, he grew stronger as a swimmer and he also developed a love of swimming. It was a very positive experience. Logan was always very supportive and positive. I would highly recommend swimming lessons with Logan.

Makes swimming fun
Logan was great with my son! My so was afraid of the water and didn’t want to put his face in at the beginning. Logan coached him step by step and gradually got him to put his whole face into the water! My son learned to float on his back, swim with the assistance of a board and with Logan there alongside him, and he loved the hot tub at the end! My son was really nervous before the lesson, and said he would like to have another lesson soon!

Centrally located downtown, the Sheraton Suites features a shallow pool and natural light ideal for beginner to intermediate swimmers of all ages. Enjoy lounge seating in a comfortable environment with a slide, complimentary towel-service, private showers, and a hot tub for swimmers to warm up in.
