Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire

Rachel is an amazing instructor. She is instructing my 4 year olds, 10 years old and myself. She is able to make it fun for the young ones, clear instructions for the older child and adult. She is friendly, always gives feedback and check on our goals. Highly recommend.

Rachel has been ours daughter’s instructor for around 7-8 months and we’ve had a really great experience. She has instilled so much confidence, she is patient and playful with our 5 year old yet at the same time able to get her focused and learning/practicing new strokes. We’ve see immense progress these past months and our daughter always looks forward to her class. Thanks!

I had my first swimming lesson with Rachel B from Propel, and it was a great experience! Rachel was patient, encouraging, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. She explained everything clearly and tailored the lesson to my skill level, which made learning feel much less intimidating. I really appreciated her positive attitude and the way she gave helpful feedback throughout the lesson. I left feeling more confident and excited to continue improving my swimming skills. I would definitely recommend Rachel and Propel to anyone looking to learn or improve their swimming!
