Sam has been amazing with our 4 year old son. He is autistic and was scared of the water and she’d helped him become more comfortable. She’s patient and doesn’t rush him if he’s not comfortable. These lessons have been such a nice change of pace compared to public lessons. It’s in a quiet location with no other swimmers. Perfect for him to concentrate and not be distracted. Sam is so incredibly patient and has tons of energy for his entire lesson. Highly recommend!

Sam is really patient with the kids. She sees to it that her lessons are age appropriate especially with the little ones. Keep up the good work :)

Sam is so patient, my boys loved the games and songs, she made the lesson fun and developmentally appropriate. I already see improvement. Thanks Sam!

She is very patient and gentle, especially if you are scared of water. She volunteers to hold you hand and supports you literally as much as she can. I like her teaching style. I learnt to do both back and front floats as well as glides in my first session. I recommend her to anyone that wants to learn how to swim, is a beginner, wants to learn different types of swims, is scared of water. Literally everyone.

About Sam S.

I grew up swimming and taking swimming lessons at a Saskatchewan beach, so I know how to teach swimming in a variety of different conditions. I like to take a very fun and positive approach to swim instructing, that I find works well with people of all ages! I have over 6 years teaching experience in a lake and 4 years teaching experience in swimming pools around Saskatchewan.
