I have been a swim instructor and lifeguard for over 7 years, teaching private and group lessons in pools and open water. I have had the privilege of working with all age groups, personality types and exceptionalities. My goal and focus is to encourage individuals to step beyond their comfort zone, in order to achieve their goals and bolster their confidence. Swimming can be scary. I take the time with each swimmer to ensure they are comfortable at all times and that their needs are met in the water. Ensuring the lessons are fun than help you redirect your fear into success.
