Hi, my name is Stephanie! In January 2019, I began my career in aquatics by teaching swimming lessons and lifeguarding for the Township of Langley, and it is through this role that I truly fell in love with teaching. I have instructed everything from parent and tots classes to private coaching sessions and adult lessons. As an instructor, my style is all about cultivating excitement and confidence in the learner. I focus on the growth of the student and use my experience to adapt and cater to the students unique skills, interests and needs. Above all, I want swimmers to have FUN in the water, and our classes will utilize the philosophy of “games with aims” to maximize engagement and challenge swimmers through this lens.
