About Sarah S.

I started competitive swimming when I was twelve and have loved swimming ever since! I became a lifeguard and swim lesson teacher when I was 16 and I started working at the Mission leisure center. This past summer 2023, I was a lifeguard on the waterfront for Camp Douglas, and I now want to focus on just teaching lessons as I’ve always enjoyed it. Through my various different experiences in aquatic environments and teaching many different age groups I have something to offer everyone!

Best Western Plus Mission City Lodge

Located in downtown Mission just off Lougheed Highway, this hidden oasis is an amazing pool for beginner and intermediate swimmers to learn in. Swimmers can warm up at the end of their lesson in our onsite hot tub and sauna. Observing parents will enjoy lounge chair seating, free towel service, wifi, and a Starbucks located just around the corner.
