Teaching in my view is truly a skill and an art. There are great teachers out there, average and some teachers that really are not suited for teaching. To teach a (the teacher) needs to understand specific needs of the student, more so in how that individual student learns, at what pace they learn, understanding their pace and time to earn trust towards the instructor. A proper teacher will step back and evaluate the stage at which a student is at and make the required corrections so that learning/and development result on the students side while they collaborate in the learning process. We learn best when we are simply given the tools to own the learning that is to take place. A strong teacher will provide those tools. To sum up, I can see that Jad is a very strong swim instructor (a quite capable teacher) that has the ability to evaluate the individual needs of the student to assist them in being a capable and further more strong and confident swimmer. It's clear he has competitive swimming experience which requires insight into technical swimming. He is focused, attentive, professional and understands keeping the kids smiling is central to their development in swimming, the life saving skill that it is.

I just had my first session with Jad and he is very professional and talented. He knows the techniques for swimming. He identified exactly where i am going wrong and guided with corrections and patience. I would highly recommend Jad and i am looking forward to our next session!
