I’ve been swimming from a young age for fun and for fitness. Being a swimming instructor combines my love for the water and learning. I enjoy helping swimmers of all ages to develop their swimming ability and confidence in the water. I'm certified as a Swimming Instructor, in First Aid and was previous the swim coach for Triathlon Ontario. Whether you want to cross swimming off your bucket list, overcome a fear of the water, or improve your current technique, I meet you where you are by building on your existing skills with specific feedback and drills to help you progress quickly and meet your personal swimming goals. A more technical swimming instructor I like to progressively build skills through drills and repetition that reinforce proper swimming technique and body position. Through teaching 100+ students from infant to adult, I can easy pinpoint common errors or mistakes in strokes or body position and how to fix them through targeted feedback, drills and swimming equipment.
This bright saltwater pool in Mississauga’s Dixie area offers the ideal setup for swim lessons. With a shallow stairway entry that helps beginners ease into the water and a longer length than most pools for practicing distance, this pool supports swimmers at every stage. Natural light fills the space, creating a calm, open atmosphere, and the hot tub adds comfort for students winding down and receiving feedback at the end of their session.
Pool access details are provided after you book.
