About Rebecca H.
I have about 6 years of teaching experience and over 10 years of competitive swimming experience. I work at Swim Apex Swim Club and have taught swimmers from toddlers to young adults. I swam with Swim Apex from age 5 and competed from age 10 to 18.
Teaching philosophy
I enjoy teaching others while making lessons both fun and challenging. I focus on technique and fitness, but I'm open to working on anything specific a swimmer wants to develop. Every lesson should leave swimmers feeling pushed to grow and excited to come back.

I will ask questions about your swimming background while also discussing with you about your goals prior to the lesson. Based on what I’ve learned about yourself, I will think of a suitable lesson plan that will benefit you and help you reach your goals.
