Swim lessons with Elyse K.

Hi, my name is Elyse! 🐬🐳🐠🌊 Teaching the valuable lifesaving skill of swimming has always been a passion of mine. I am proud to have worked as a swim instructor since October 2022, teaching over 200 students how to swim. I happily teach all ages and levels: from teaching children how to blow their first bubbles to teaching advance swims such as eggbeater on back and breaststroke (ie: from Parent and Tot, preschool to advanced swimmer levels). Additionally, I am certified as a lifeguard and in First Aid and CPR-C, which provides me with additional safety prevention and lifesaving techniques. I prioritize safety in the water. In my swimming career, I have experience evaluating and teaching new swim instructors. I am also comfortable teaching different swimming levels to multiple children at the same time. Students and parents often comment on my kind and patient nature towards the children, and my easy to follow teaching techniques. I prioritize water safety and fostering connections with students and parents. I am a kind and compassionate coach who finds effective and creative ways to make swimming fun and engaging.
