Swim lessons with Sapphire N.

Had a great experience building up my comfort level in the water with Sapphire. She was extremely helpful in pinpointing areas of improvement, and gave a ton of applicable examples and analogies that helped things "click". Learning from scratch as an adult can be a nerve-wracking experience, but Sapphire provided awesome encouragement and instruction during her lessons. I look forward to applying what I've learned from her going forward!

Understood immediately how to teach me working around my challenges.

I was able to learn the basics of being comfortable in the water. I learned to exhale under water, float, and propel myself with a kickboard. She was cheering me on the entire time and helped me feel safe. She was patient with me and knew when I was comfortable enough to move on to the next skill. Can't wait for my next session :)
