About Leandro M.
I'm Leandro — Leo for short. I've loved spending time in pools, lakes, and beaches for as long as I can remember. I was a competitive swimmer in my teen years and am now a qualified lifeguard and swim instructor. I have a particular understanding of adult beginners and people who fear the water. I teach in both English and Portuguese.
Teaching philosophy
I help swimmers get reacquainted with the water step by step, with manageable chunks adapted to each person's specific needs, so that each step becomes a solid foundation for the next. Whatever your age or relationship with water, I meet you where you are and progress at your pace.
