I have had 25 years of coaching experience in Iran, and I was excited to learn more about the coaching position in canada since I love swimming and enjoy teaching to others.When I was in Iran, many of my students were able to become instructor, and we worked together, and I was proud of them. I've worked with different age groups of people throughout my career, but now I'm mostly focused on age ranges with children below 12, and I can easily build rapport with them. I care about my health and that of the swimmers, and I have been fully vaccinated .

Excellent our daughter is growing her confidence in the water.
Soheila is incredibly patient and allows for our daughter to feel comfortable in the water. She is identifying the pieces that our kid needs to work on and giving clear instruction while keeping things fun. In three lessons there has already been great improvement.

Great adult swimming lessons
Soheila is an excellent instructor. She is kind, pleasant, encouraging, experienced and very skillful. I am an adult who had no experience in swimming, and I was a little bit scared and nervous before I had my first lesson with her but Soheila makes me feel safe and comfortable to be in the water. I am looking forward to more swimming lessons with her.

Professional great instructor

The pool will be closed from April 2-April 27, 2024 for required maintenance. Centrally located downtown, the Residence Inn features a shallow pool and natural light ideal for kids and beginner adult lessons. Enjoy lounge seating in a comfortable environment with an outdoor view, complimentary towel-service, on-deck showers, and a hot tub for swimmers to warm up in.
