About Zita L.

I am Zita, a professional swimming coach with over 15 years of experience in competitive swimming and aquatic training for both children and adults. I hold a Swim for Life Instructor Certification, HKSCA Certified Swimming Coach credential, Standard First Aid and CPR Level C, and Bronze Medal Awards with mandatory update (2021).

Teaching philosophy

My coaching approach is systematic and progression-driven rather than recreational. Each lesson is structured with clear technical objectives, focusing on movement efficiency, breathing control, body alignment, and water safety from the very first session.

Centrally located downtown, the Sheraton Suites features a shallow pool and natural light ideal for beginner to intermediate swimmers of all ages. Enjoy lounge seating in a comfortable environment with a slide, complimentary towel-service, private showers, and a hot tub for swimmers to warm up in.
