Swim lessons with Larissa M.

Hi there! My name is Larissa. At 23 years old, I bring over 6 years of experience in teaching swim lessons and lifeguarding. I’ve had the pleasure of instructing a diverse range of groups, from private sessions to classes with up to 10+ children, adults, and parent-tot pairs. I specialize in making lessons engaging by incorporating games, which not only makes learning more fun but also enhances comfort and confidence in the water. While working at the YMCA of Oakville, Aqua-tots and through private lessons, I developed individualized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs, successfully advancing the swimming skills of over 2,000 students. Fun facts about me: I’m currently studying to become an architect. I’m the oldest of four siblings. I’m learning Italian. I have a charming pet pug.
