🚨 I’M BACK! 🚨 After a recent season of change, I’m thrilled to return with a full schedule of swim lesson availability through Propel! Thank you so much for your patience and support—I can’t wait to dive back in with you. 🥰 ⸻ ‼️Please Note‼️ 💧 I teach children and teens only—no adult lessons at this time. This helps ensure a safe and focused learning environment for both students and myself. 💧 ⸻ Hi, I’m Sarah! I’ve been a swimmer for over 20 years and have been teaching swim lessons since 2016. My approach blends the best of Red Cross Swim Kids, Lifesaving Society and private swim school methods to help students progress with confidence, consistency, and care. I specialize in working with children, teens, and neurodiverse learners, including those with developmental differences. My lessons are adaptive, encouraging, and rooted in building trust—because I believe real progress begins with connection. If you’re looking for results-driven swim lessons that are tailored to your child’s unique strengths, I’d love to work with you! 💦 Thanks for booking with me—I’m excited to swim with you soon! 🌟

Excited to swim with Sarah!
My daughter has autism and focusing/following instructions are a struggle. Up until we met Sarah even the mention that we were doing swimming lessons was met with a great deal of resistance. She’s now had 4 lessons with Sarah and is excited when I mention going. Sarah is incredibly patient and knows how to keep my daughter interested in learning 😍

Special gift
I was looking for a while for someone to teach my son to swim who will be a great fit. Then I just have to look for other location and found Sarah . She is one special person. She is highly skilled especially in teaching individuals with diverse abilities. She's very patient and knows how to work on my son's strength and abilities. She takes time to really talk to my son and connect with him. She made the lesson fun and engaging. Very professional too. My son and I are looking forward for the next lessons with her.

Fun and engaging whilst finding strengths
Sarah was wonderful with our two very energetic and silly boys. She was able to find what motivates each of them. Sarah is friendly and patient and was able to calm their energy and help them focus. She understood their fears and helped them work through challenges with encouragement. One of our boys has Down syndrome and Sarah was great at adapting the lessons to his strengths and recognizing what worked for him. We love Sarah and would love to keep swimming with her.
